Lindenhurst United for Change Files Signatures
Lindenhurst – Today, the Lindenhurst United for Change slate of candidates has announced the filing of necessary petition signatures to appear on the ballot in the upcoming April 2nd municipal election.
“We are honored by every resident who signaled their confidence in us by signing a petition. Every bit as much, we are honored by the volunteers who took action ad helped gather signatures,” says Ryan Brandes, candidate for Mayor. “Our team will be hard at work until April 2nd sharing our vision and positive message for change and growth. Our goal is to make this an even better community for everyone to live in and once elected, that is precisely what we will do.”
Their slate is founded upon implementing a long term plan for growth and relieving the tax burden on working families, streamlining village processes, making sound fiscal decisions and increasing transparency. Attracting new commercial and retail ventures, bringing together stake holders, taking advantage of available improvement grants and making village government accessible and transparent are fundamental and realizable goals.
“Ours is a true grass roots, citizen led campaign. Together and as a community, we will make substantial improvements for every Lindenhurst resident for generations to come,” says Brandes.
